Shipment were a little delayed, due to the need for restocking.
My only complaint is, that I never received the promised URL, for tracking my shipment.
Suddenly the shoes appeared on my doorstep.
Tried to communicate my need of the URL to customer service, but the shoes arrived before I finally got a transcript of the tracking log.
