As above, the products were sent without any protection and arrived in an appalling state. Really disappointed. I did not contact Customer Service as they are a present for my husbands birthday so I don't have time to change them. I put 3 stars for CS as I have no opinion as I did not make contact with them.

It's always a bit of risk to order shoes online, but this was a risk well-taken. I have already tested the shoes and they're just what I expected, a perfect fit and a highly comfortable means of running around the city:)

This was my first time shopping with 365Rider. Excellent service. Ordered Brooks Ghost 13 runners and had them delivered to Ireland 6 days later. Great price, fantastic service I will be returning to shop with you in the future.

The shoes will be perfect. Your service is not at all!
Supposedly my order was shipped on May, 25th... so far the tracking tells me it is somewhere with Hermes DE - since four days...
Yesterday, i tried to chat with your support - i didn't get an answer... So: poor service, even more as you do not even know that i haven't gotten my order yet and you send me an e-mail asking for my opinion on the product!!!

C'est ma 2ème paire d'endorphines speed. Chaussures très confortables, favorisant les performances même pour moi qui ne cours qu'à des allures entre 4'30 et 5'50/km. Mais durabilité moyenne qui mériterait une semelle extérieure renforcée pour mieux protéger la mousse au talon pour les coureurs n'ayant pas un appui "forefoot".
