Received updates on order, received it quickly. They put this in the shoe box of the shoes I ordered at the same time limiting packaging materials. The belt fits and is in great condition.

I received updates on the shipping, there was no surprise shipping cost to deliver to Ireland and I got it quickly. The shoes fit and were in great condition. I also purchased a waist storage belt in the same order and they had the common sense to put it in the shoe box, limiting packaging materials.

The shipping to Greece it was terrible. I was waiting for 22days until it cames to Greece. When you said for EU countries 3- 5 days this a big lie.

Great shoes for the purpose. Hybrid sole means grip off-tarmac is not great (compared to strictly trail shoes) but work brilliantly for door-to-trail.

After 20 days I'm still waiting for my order.

I ordered a pair of running shoes on the 17th of April, because the price was a bit lower than other online stores and their site said Delivery in 3-5 days.
On the 19th of April they notified my that my order was shipped, but no tracking information was provided.
On the 22nd of April I asked for the tracking number and I got no reply.
On the 26th of April I asked again and they reassured me that my package was out for delivery. Of course it wasn't.
After a couple of emails the following days, where I informed them that there was no delivery, I finally notified them that I was going to dispute the card transaction.
And then they sent me a tracking number for a package that was dispatched on the 23rd of April (and not on the 19th). And they also said that I was going to receive it the next day. I don't even know if this package is my order, but I see that it was not posted with a reputable courier service (DHL, Fedex, UPS, etc), but rather with the Spanish Post. And I was charged 15€ for that.
Today is the 7th of May and I'm still waiting for my order.
If I knew I'd go into that much trouble, I'd pay 15€ more and get it in a couple of days from runningwarehouse or another professional eshop.
Avoid 365Rider at all costs.
