Tenía dudas, llamé por teléfono y me las resolvieron.
Hice mi pedido online de la alfombra que deseaba y todo perfecto.
Al día siguiente me llamaron, comentándome de que no tenían existencia de la que había pedido y me dieron la opción si me corría prisa, de cambiar a la gama superior del mismo acabado por el mismo precio.
Y la alfombra en menos de 24 horas la recibo y todo perfecto!

Es la segunda vez que compro y estoy muy contenta con el trato recibido, la entrega y el producto. Compré una alfombra para un vestidor y es de muy buen calidad, suave y muy mullida. La anterior después de 4 años sigue igual que cuando la compré.
Les puedes pedir lo que se te ocurra, ellos te asesoran y te ayudan con todo.
Sin duda, volveré a comprar. Un acierto. Elena.
