Estamos esperando el pedido desde hace tres semanas y no ha llegado. No sabemos nada del estado del pedido. Lo hemos intentado reclamar por teléfono ( imposible ) y mediante el formulario de contacto y nadie se ha puesto en contacto conmigo. Hasta el momento,no recomiendo la comprar en esta tienda.

Sentimos mucho que hayas tenido esta mala experiencia, hemos revisado el número de seguimiento que te enviamos en su día y con el cual puedes consultar el estado del envío en MRW. El estado actual es "Pendiente de recoger" lo han intentado entregar un par de veces, una el día 16 y otra el 17 de diciembre, pero no han tenido éxito.
Gracias por tu comprensión y esperamos no tengas ningún contratiempo en la recogida.
