Le produit n’étant toujours pas livré ( parti le 9 décembre- sans nouvelles du transporteur le 18 décembre), le sav Balvi ne pouvant me donner des informations sur la livraison, je suis très mécontente de ce service et ne pense pas commander de nouveau. J.espère recevoir ma commande au moins avant Noël, et que le produit sera en bon état.
