Genial atención, con consejos a la hora d elegir los muebles de baño. Precio muy inferior a tiendas físicas y atención igual o mejor. Hubo un problema ajeno a ellos con los envíos y lo solucionaron aunque incluso había pasado el plazo de reclamación. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Antes de la compra pregunté por un mueble en atención al cliente y se pudieron en contacto conmigo atendiendo todas mis dudas. El mueble llegó en el plazo acordado en perfectamente embalado y en perfectas condiciones. Por poner un pero, no hay opción de poder pagar para que te lo suban a casa. Soñé cosas de mucho peso y no todo el mundo puede subirlo. El personal que lo transporta viene con carretillas por lo que le es más factible hacerlo.

Hola Pilar, no tenemos datos suyos, y en principio pensamos que no le hemos servido ningun mueble, todos los muebles, como muebles que son y dependiendo de la cantidad de agua que les caiga, se pueden ver deteriorados. no obstante la marca Royo lleva ya 50 años haciendo lo mismo y ha soportado muchas riadas....

No conocía la web , buscaba un WC clásico y lo encontré aquí, me puse en contacto con ellos para ver más o menos el proceso de envío,todo genial, lo compre y no tardo nada en llegar , la empresa de envío regúlela ( luego el chico del reparto lo arreglo ) el producto viene bien embalado, todos los accesorios y es precioso 🥰🙏 estoy deseando verlo puesto !
