El plazo de entrega que indicaba la web en el momento de la compra no se cumplió, y no he tenido información del avance del pedido hasta que he reclamado información una vez vencido el plazo.
En este proceso, no he conseguido hablar con nadie por teléfono y el chat de la Web no atiende.

La silla está bien, pero para lo que cuesta, la calidad de las costuras de las cremalleras es bastante deficiente. Del bolsillo lateral, a los 2 días se salió el cursor de la cremallera. Lo tuve que meter como pude y coser las costuras para que no volviera a salirse.
En el bolsillo trasero, el tirador estaba cosido dentro de las costuras, por lo que para sacarlo tuve que cortar la costura y volver a coser de nuevo.

Pésimo servicio, han pasado 15 días desde que realice el pedido y no he recibido el producto. He puesto 4 incidencias y no han respondido a ninguna, he querido cancelar el pedido y no he recibido respuesta ninguna, cada día entero al chat (que es la única vía de contacto) y jamás me han atendido. Eso sí, los 43€ ya se los han cobrado... PÉSIMO!! Rozando la estafa.
