La web anuncia 48 horas aproximado para entregar y tardo 12 días, un desastre , muy descontento, no fue culpa del transporte sino que no prepararon el pedido antes . Tuve que comprar las velas en otro lugar donde cumplieron perfectamente.

Muy práctica. Los 2 niveles permiten ir preparando la comida según las necesidades.
Sólo un pero, uno de los taladros donde van las barras travesera era más pequeño y no entraba el tornillo, tuve que forzarlo. También faltaban 2 tuercas.
Pero en general, muy buen producto

El envío no se efectuó en 48 horas, tardando cerca de 1 semana sin dar ninguna explicación. A la hora de contactar con Distria...imposible envías mil mensajes a través de su web a los que no contestan. En mi caso contestaron 10 días después cuando ya había llegado el producto. Sin darme más explicaciones. Un desastre de servicio

El envío en 48 horas no era cierto tardaron más de una semana, solo salía gestionado y en el momento que traté de cancelar el pedido me enviaron un mail diciendo que lo entregarían al día siguiente que no podía cancelarlo. Muy mala información por parte del vendedor con el cual traté de contactar y tardaron 1 semana en responder.
El producto perfecto pero la gestión del mismo y la información así como el chat en el que nunca hay nadie deja mucho que desear. No puedes prometer algo que no vas a cumplir.
