Fatal. El producto no lo he usado todavía pero supongo que estará bien, el servicio de mensajería que lo entrega fenomenal, pero la atención al cliente es horrorosa, vamos, inexistente. Otro producto que compré tenía una información incorrecta, traté de contactar para consultarlo o modificarlo por otro similar y fue imposible. Este mismo producto lo vendían en Decathlon pero como me corría prisa decidí pedirlo en la propia página de Distria, lo cual será la última vez que lo haga. Nunca más compraré directamente nada en esta página.

La empresa no cumple con la política de devoluciones.
Llevo 4 semanas intentando devolver el producto, incluso habiendo sido aprobada dicha devolución por la empresa. Es imposible ponerse en contacto con Distria.

El envío se produjo sin problemas, aunque creo que con un día de retraso respecto a la fecha que me habían dicho inicialmente. En mi caso no es un problema, por eso le he dado la máxima puntuación, pero quizás para otra persona sí lo suponga. No he hecho uso de la atención al cliente, pero me imagino que si todo lo demás funciona bien, esta parte no debe ser menos.
