Não respondem aos emails nem à incidência que foi criada (pedido nº422494). Era suposto chegar em 2 ou 3 dias e já passou quase uma semana e a encomenda ainda não foi entregue. Ao menos respondam aos pedidos de ajuda dos vossos clientes.

Encomendei no dia 10 de Agosto, para receber no dia 12. Hoje é dia 17 de Agosto e ainda não recebi a encomenda. Tentei falar com a transportadora Envialia de várias formas e nunca obtive resposta.
Tentei também contactar a distria por email e abri uma incidência e não obtive qualquer resposta.
Na minha opinião, é uma falha grave de ambas as empresas. Não vou voltar a comprar na distria.

El producto es tal y como se anuncia. La entrega muy rápida y correcta.
El único fallo es que vino sin una de las patas de plástico negras. De las 4, le falta un embellezador negro. Se puede usar igual, pero se ve que le falta.
