La atención al cliente no la he utilizado.
El envío bien, todo correcto, pero no pongo un cinco porque lo que me habeis vendido es de pésima calidad.
Así que si compro aquí otra vez, será solamente marcas conocidas, con esta compra me siento totalmente engañado, no vendais eso.

Un producto de muy mala calidad, no aguanta nada de viento, se dobla. Un solo uso y una de las varillas además se rompió. Tuvimos que cerrarla. Afortunadamente tenía dos sombrillas antiguas que aguantaron sin problema, porque las dos de esta marca, inutilizadas al poco de instalarnos.

A mi no me ha dado buen resultado. Estando metido hasta el fondo me llegó a tumbar la sombrilla, y no era un aire fuerte.

De muy mala calidad (he tenido que descartarla y comprar otra en condiciones). Con un poco de viento, no mucho tampoco, se hundía por la parte que soplaba, incluso se llegó a dar la vuelta dos veces, hasta que decidí cerrarla, ya para siempre. Afortunadamente tenía dos sombrillas con varillas de acero que no tuvieron problema alguno, pues como digo no era ni mucho menos un aire fuerte, la típica brisa marina habitual.
El comercio es bueno, el envío perfecto, por lo que considero que esto es un error y os recomiendo que retireis estas sombrillas, pues os hace quedar mal y perder clientes.
Si os tuviera que volver a comprar solamente marcas conocidas y fiables.

Fue el único sitio donde encontré stock de esta piscina, tras mucha búsqueda, y me lancé a comprarla aunque no conocía la web. Al día siguiente tenía la piscina en casa, súper bien todo. Rápido y fácil. Ningún problema, ¡estamos encantados!

Una decepción que la altura no pueda ser regulable por el tope que tiene la parte de arriba. Te quedas con la sensación que no es segura (algunos días de bastante viento daba la sensación que la parte de arriba saldría volando en cualquier momento).
