Antes que nada agradecerte la compra del Spa hinchable INTEX.
Con respecto a la factura y garantía: puedes descargar la factura de tu pedido entrando en nuestra web y pulsando sobre el icono de usuario. Ahí encontrarás el pedido con su factura correspondiente.
Por último, y con respecto a la garantía, en el manual le indicamos de cuánto tiempo dispones de garantía. Ahora bien, el papel o justificante que avala la garantía es la factura del producto (nos fijamos en la fecha de compra).
Cualquier duda más al respecto puedes comunicarte con nosotros por el chat de la web.
