La empresa de transporte deja mucho que desear,,,ya van 2 veces que ponen que hubo una incidencia aún estando ambos días en casa
Me parece vergonzoso pagar por él envío y que pasen estas cosas

Sin duda repetiré!! Ha sido muy fácil todo el proceso de compra, las anotaciones, la opción de regalo, el pago…TODO!
Ya ni hablar del envío que en menos de 24h lo tenia en mi casa.
Bueno, bueno y el packaging una pasada! Los regalitos envueltos con mucho mimo, y cariño. Seguid así chicas!

Me puedo quedar corta en el abecedario, pero todo lo bueno que pueda decir, no se puede explicar con palabras, porque la sonrisa que se le puso a mi mujer al ver sus regalos, lo dicen todo. El paquete llego a su debido tiempo y justo como yo lo pedí.

He hecho el pedido online y no he hablado con nadie, aunque cuando he ido a la tienda SIEMPRE han sido super amables.
el pedido ha llegado bien, rapido.
solo destacaria que cuando haces el pedido tienes la opcion de poner una nota y me imaginaba que llegaria algo mas currado.
Las notas, creo que son un punto a mejorar.

Hola Marta, muchas gracias por dedicarnos un ratito :D ayúdanos a mejorar indicándonos qué parte de la nota te gustaría que nos curráramos un poco más. En la nota que añadimos hay dos mensajes, uno para hacer saber a la persona que lo recibe que es su momento y que los pequeños detalles hacen grandes momentos junto con otros mensajes más divertidos para que compartas la experiencia, y el otro son las notas que vosotros dejáis y que nosotros escribimos a mano. En este caso la nota era, "Un presente de la casa Targaryen". Para seguir mejorando nos sería de gran ayuda que nos indicaras qué parte de la nota o qué más añadirías para mejorarla. Muchísimas gracias Marta :D
