El paquete venia muy bien protegido con plástico de burbuja y el producto llego impecable.

Lo único que pedí un libro de Star Wars donde viene impreso el precio, no era una pegatina. Pero hubiera agradecido que lo tacharan con un rotulador o algo así ya que lo pedí para regalo. Pero en general todo perfecto! Repetiria

Tuve un problema con la empresa de envíos pero inmediatamente, cuando la tienda supo de mi problema, se puso en contacto conmigo intentando darme una solución. Me atendió una chica a la que por cierto, se me olvidó preguntar su nombre y a la que doy gracias por su amabilidad y resolución. Me resolvieron de inmediato la incidencia y me dijeron que intentarían hacer todo lo posible por tener en mis manos el pedido, lo cual agradezco! En cuanto pueda recuperarlo les diré qué tal la calidad, en cuanto a gestión y atención al cliente un 10!

Servicio impecable. Tuve una duda que les consulté por whatsapp y contestaron al momento. El pedido llegó al día siguiente cuando el tiempo de entrega era superior... Muy muy bien. Recomiendo Encantoos 100%.

Pedí 3productos y uno se terminó justo después que yo comprará por internet, y en seguida se pusieron en contacto conmigo para hacer un cambio de producto o si lo preferia, me devolvian el dinero.
Además, compré para regalar y me enviaron los paquetes envueltos con un papel chulísimo, listo para regalar.
Recomiendo mucho esta tienda?

La pena era la talla para mujer que no hubiera una XXL, o sea una más grande que la pedida, ya que es algo justa pero no existía tal diseño.
Repetiría sin duda futuros pedidos!
