Yo lo compre para tomarlo cuando me desvelo de madrugada. Efecto hace porque consigo dormir de nuevo pero me levanto con dolor de cabeza. Eso no quiere decir q le vaya pasar a todo el mundo, soy propensa a ello. Relajar si lo hace es buen producto
