El sistema de envío fatal, dicen un día y unas horas y és al día siguiente a la hora q a ellos les parece.
Muy bien el trato de Farmacias 1000, tanto el pedido como el servicio al cliente (como el pedido no me llegaba tuve que llamar diversas veces y fueron muy atentos).

El envío de entrega en 24 horas se retrasó mas de una semana sin que me informarán ni del retraso ni de los motivos del retraso ni dando opcion a anular el pedido.Tras varias llamadas a atención al cliente e e-mails, de trato muy correcto, solucionaron el problema y el pedido llegó finalmente.

Pedí dos unidades y sólo tenían una. Me dijeron que me la mandaban y me abonaban la segunda. Me ha llegado una y aún no me han abonado la segunda.

Suelo comprar bastante en farmacias 1000 por el precio, suele llegar el envío bien, aunque en esta ocasión he de poner comentario negativo porque me ha llegado un champú abierto y estaba toda la caja y el resto de productos lleno de champú. No sé si debe hacerse cargo alguien de esto pues el champú vale casi 11€ y ha llegado medio vacío ):
