La caja venia rota. Parece que fue devuelto y vuelto a vender. Me lo que por que parece que funciona bien aunque lo devolveré si da problemas.

Hola Enrique Vicente, por supuesto si el producto no está en condiciones se te cambiará por otro. Nunca se envían productos de devoluciones que presenten defectos, puede que alguna caja tenga algo pero no el producto y además suponemos que el paquete no habrá sido muy bien tratado en el transporte y esa será la causa.
Tenéis de hacer fotos cuando veáis algún desperfecto en el embalage, fotos antes y después de abrirlo y comunicárnoslo de inmediato para poder solucionar rápidamente cualquier incidencia que surja. Sentimos enterarnos de esto con tu comentario, por los días que han pasado desde la entrega, suponemos que la prensa de fleje está en perfectas condiciones.

Sentimos que este envío tardara tanto, no suelen ser más de 48 h y no 5 días como en vuestro caso, el pedido se realizó el día 14 fuera de horario laboral, se gestionó el día 15 y se envió el día 16, hubo una incidencias de transporte en este envío que se pudo solucionar pero es lo que retrasó la entrega.
