La gestión del pedido fue mala, ya que en el paquete figuraba un teléfono erróneo del destinatario, con lo cual, fue difícil localizarme y el paquete llegó bastante más tarde de lo normal, siendo que pagué más por el transporte que por el producto. Además el paquete lo enviaba el fabricante del producto, que no sabía ni quien era, en lugar de ir a nombre de quien realicé la compra, que no venía por ninguna parte

Hola Alberto, sentimos mucho que este pedido se liara un poco y te pedimos disculpas, como no teníamos aquí la llave al ser en pulgadas, hicimos que te la enviara directamente el fabricante para no demorar el envío y si que es verdad, con algunos errores, como que viajó sin albarán, salia nuestro teléfono como contacto y vuestra dirección. El pedido lo realizastéis el día 14 a las 20:00 h y el paquete salió el día 15, el 16 nos llamó el repartidor a nosotros para concertar la entrega y le dimos vuestro teléfono.
Los portes que cobramos en pedidos de menos de 100 € son de 6,30 € por un servicio de entrega de 24 h (El plazo normal, no como en tu caso debido a la incidencia)

Si nos hubiéras llamado por teléfono huviésemos podido agilizar la entrega pero nos acabamos de enterar con tu comentario en REVI

De nuevo te pedimos disculpas

Hola Carlos, sentimos que el envío tardara más de la cuenta, habitualmente los pedidos de PIHER llegan al cliente en un plazo de 24 a 72 h y si hay alguna incidencia en el transporte puede que algo más
