El pedido perfecto. El único problema es la empresa subcontratada para transporte, SEUR¡¡. Decir Seur es sinónimo de problema asegurado, y así fué. No le hacen ninguna buena imagen a Senso G. De hecho como comprador ya por segunda vez de productos Senso G, mientras no se cambie la compañía de transporte, dudo que vuelva a hacer algún pedido.

C'est ma troisième commande : 2 matelas et une housse matelas. Livraisons rapides et bien renseigné sur internet Ce qui facilite les choix. Qualité irréprochable dans tous les cas Un bémol constaté : la solidité , certes difficile à obtenir , des emballages cartons qui arrivent quelques peu ...froissés Mais les contenus n'en n'ont jamais souffert car trés trés bien protégés malgré tout. Merci donc !

Nous vous remercions de votre commentaire et sommes ravis que nos produits vous plaisent. Nous emballons nos produits dans du plastique puis dans un carton pour éviter qu'ils s'abîment durant le transport. Parfois le carton peut arriver abîmé mais grâce au plastique, le produit est intact.

Cela fait le deuxième matelas que je vous achète et je suis toujours aussi ravie.
Mes nuits sont beaucoup plus détendues surtout le matin quand je constate que mon dos n'a aucunes douleurs.
