Étant extrêmement fragile du handicap moteur très important. J'ai voulu essayer ce modèle plutôt qu'un matelas hors de prix spécifique anti escarres.
Certes, ça ne fait pas la même protection mais c'est très confortable, idéal pour moi

Je n'ai pas eu à utiliser le servuce client ce qui est une première bonne nouvelle.
Pour ce qui est du matelas : la qualité est bien au RDV avec une densité de mousse exactement similaire à celui de la fameuse marque concurrente pour pour le quart du prix...
Seul point de vigilance : le coté très très moelleux de l'accueil (même si le maintien est parfait ensuite)
Un excellent achat en ce qui concerne mon couple.
