Très bien emballé! J'avais un impératif de date de livraison (déménagement), j'ai donc suivi de très près la livraison, mais le numéro de suivi donné dans le mail, ne correspondait à rien!!! J'ai appelé le transporteur qui n'avait aucune trace de mon matelas, aucunes livraisons à faire dans ma région. J'ai donc contacté le service client pour savoir où se trouvait mon matelas, la première fois, on m'a juste dit qu'il était en france, la deuxième fois on m'a enfin dit qu'il serait livré le jour de mon appel...mais pour le transporteur contacté le matin même, rien??? Finalement il est bien arrivé ce jour là, et dans les délais!

Le surmatelas G7 Gelgresh est a priori moins enveloppant que j'espérais mais au bout de quelques nuits on se sent physiquement mieux reposé. Par contre la face Gelfresh, pour ma part, n'apporte pas de sensation de fraîcheur.
