en ayant téléphoner 2 fois avec un rendez-vous pour le 13 07 2017 ,j'ai attendu et personne n'ai venu

pas un coup de téléphone rien aucune nouvelle

au 2ièmecoup de fil le 18 rdv l'après-midi et la livraison a été correcte par une autre entreprise

ou est votre engagement en 3ou 4 jours ouvrés

Bonjour monsieur,
je suis désolée pour les problémes de livraison. On essayera d'ameileurer ce point, c'est vrai qu'en été, compte tenu qu'il y a beaucoup plus d'envois on peut avoir plus de problèmes de livraison.
Nous esperons au moins que le matelas vous plaise.
