Muy satisfecha con el artículo. Todo según lo esperado. Hubo problemas con la recepción del envío, ya que la empresa de paquetería utiliza un servicio automático de atención al cliente, que no es demasiado eficiente.

Answer Senso G

Estimada señora Beatriz, gracias por su comentario. Acabo de hablar con Seur para ver porqué su pedido se entregó con retraso y me dijeron que el día después al envío el 17/08 a las 19.11 estabaís ausentes. Es verdad que el 18 y 19 salió a reparto pero no se entregó el pedido y no me supieron explicar porqué. Finalmente el pedido fue entregado el día 22/08. Lo sentimos, la proxíma vez, si no lo hizo esta vez, se ponga en contacto directamente con nosotros por telefono o por e-mail para poder agilizar si posible el proceso de entrega.

Tras casi 2 meses de uso estamos muy contentos con la calidad de este colchón. Es firme a la vez que cómodo y acogedor y se adapta a cualquier soporte. Lo mas importante: si duermes acompañado, los movimientos del acompañante son imperceptibles. En nuestro caso lo tuvimos directamente en el suelo los primeros días a la espera de tener el somier, sin problemas. Ahora está colocado sobre un somier de palets, perfecto!
