No estoy nada sachisfecha del servicio posterior a la compra.
Devolvi el pedido al dia siguiente de la refeccion.
Me han descontado 65 € de gastos de devolucion.
Cuando llame para informar que lo tenia que devolver porque .no me era comodo me dijeron que serian de 30 a 40€ han sido 65
Los 218 € restantes han tardado 15 dias.
No volvere a comprar nada a traves de esta pagina

Buenas tardes señora Maria Pilar, lamentamos que el topper G7 no haya cumplido sus expectactivas. Le recordamos que es un producto que ayuda para aliviar el calor y no para refrigerar. Respecto a la devolución del producto siempre damos opción al cliente para que devuelva el pedido el mismo si lo quiere informando de los gastos de devolución según los bultos que se envian. Devolvemos el dinero nada más comprobar el estado del pedido. De administración me han dicho que le devolvieron el dinero el 19/07 habiendo recibido los toppers el 15/07. Reciba un saludo cordial.
