El colchón si eres un poco corpulentosde hunde en el centro, pensé que quizás uno más grande lo arreglaría. Pregunte si podía cambiarlo (ya que indican que se puede cambiar por otro modelo) pero en este caso por uno más grande pagando la diferencia obviamente. Su respuesta es que no, que tengo que pagar 75 euros por la devolución y luego además la diferencia del nuevo. Nunca más compraré aquí, no dan soluciones...

Buenos días,
Lamentamos sinceramente los inconvenientes que ha experimentado con su equipo de descanso. Entendemos su preocupación y agradecemos que nos haya compartido sus inquietudes.
Como ya le comentamos el problema provenía del somier transmitiendo el hundimiento en el centro pues los 2 artículos trabajan juntos y el colchón transmite la deficiencia del somier.
Nos comenta que desea cambiar de medida de equipo de descanso, por nuestra parte no habría problemas, pero tenemos que contratar a una empresa de transporte que le recoja el colchón antiguo y este coste como se hace normalmente va a cargo del cliente.
Apreciamos su paciencia y comprensión mientras trabajamos juntos para resolver este problema.

El colchón es una maravilla, justo lo que estábamos buscando.
Se adapta perfectamente al cuerpo.
Otra cosa que valoramos también es que sea desenfundable y se pueda lavar en casa.
Nos llegó super rápido. Viene comprimido al vacío, y recuperó su tamaño en unas horas. A la noche ya pudimos dormir en él.

El producto de momento muy contento, a la espera que pase algo más de tiempo para poder consolidar esta opinión.
Respecto a la empresa de reparto, GLS en mi caso, pésimo y lamentable trato y servicio. Aconsejaría cambio de empresa de reparto.
