No hemos utilizado el servicio y la devolución es engorrosa, hay que empaquetar de una manera determinada con cartones que tienes que buscar por ahí además de plastificar todo según sus indicaciones, no lo veo ni útil ni practico, se debe de mejorar este servicio.

Lamentamos de que haya encontrado las instrucciones de embalaje complicadas, el producto tiene que ir muy bien embalado para que no se dañe durante el transporte.
Pero, nos alegramos de que se haya acostumbrado al colchón.

Excelente igual que el producto la atención muy correcta y conpraria de nuevo ya que el colchón que conpre Ace 9 años a qui a salido buenísimo por eso mismo le e conprado una funda para que medure un poquito más antes de comprar otro que seguramente lo conpre a qui?

La almohada me ha parecido demasiado dura haciendome cierta presión q me es molesta y la he devuelto.

Le agradecemos su comentario. Llevamos 15 años vendiendo ese modelo y la gente está encantada y muy a gusto con esa almohada, y tenemos clientes que la notan blandita. Todo depende del gusto y de la morfología de cada uno.

Lamentamos los problemas de entrega. Como el envío iba a Melilla, tuvo que pasar por aduanas y por eso se ha retrasado la entrega. Pero hemos visto en el seguimiento de Correos que le han entregado su pedido.

Juste fantastique, on l'adore ! nous avions déjà le modèle plus grand en 40x67cm mais c'est une taille difficile à trouver pour le linge de lit en France. Celui ci est plus standard en 33x60cm

Deuxième matelas acheté ici, pas le même modèle que le premier.
Le premier après plusieurs années d'utilisation toujours aussi top. D'où ma confiance pour en prendre un deuxième.
Gestion de la commande, prix compétitif (en promo), délais de livraison annoncé respecté, réponse à un message avant livraison ultra rapide...très satisfaite.
Quant au matelas, ma fille est ravie!
Modèle ferme, c'est exactement ce dont elle avait besoin.

Hola, primero de todo hable por telefono para acabar de informarme del colchon y tengo que decir que fueron muy amables y conocedores de su producto.
recibimos el colchon en un dia y medio en casa.
Los dos colchones son para camas articuladas, de momento no es para dormir cada dia, lo hemos probado y se duerme perfecto.
Mi percepcion es que la primera capa es envolvente y suave pero notas la firmeza del colchon en su globalidad.
Tenemos que probarlos mas tiempo, pero creo que daran muy buen resultado.

J'utilise le mot "PARFAIT"
Accueil téléphonique très sympathique et professionnel. La personne dont j'ai oublié le prénom et le regrette est une véritable perle. Le matelas est arrivé très vite et en bon état.
Je dors dessus" comme un bébé". Que j'aimerais que TOUTES LES SOCIETES SOIENT COMME LA VOTRE ! BRAVO!

Gran calidad en la funda, se adapta perfectamente, a la funda le doy 5 estrellas ya que es perfecta, al control de calidad le doy cuatro estrellas debido a un pequeño contratiempo que tuve al recibir la funda, pero que solucionaron con la máxima rapidez posible, se llevaron la funda y en dos días ya la tenía en casa con el problema solucionado. Todo perfecto

He comprado dos colchones de 90cm de visco e hidrogel, primero compré uno para probarle y me gustó mucho y compre otro igual y son estupendos.
Dentro de poco tendré que comprar otro más grande y lo compraré igual
