Me recomendaron el S100 Plus y no me arrepiento haberlo comprado. Es un colchón muy cómodo, lo estoy utilizando desde hace unas semanas y duermo mucho mejor.
Ha sido un acierto. Y el departamento de atención al cliente, perfecto también.

En mi opinión, el topper mejora notablemente la comodidad de un colchón que tenga ya unos años.
El empaquetado y envío es correcto y rápido.
No se detecta ningún olor, como ocurre en algunos que es necesario airearlos antes de su uso. Yo lo probé el mismo día de su llegada y me encantó. Espero que también tenga buena durabilidad.

Plateau un peu grand pour un lit 160 X 200 (j'ai acheté le S5 160 X 200 et c'est logique) beaucoup plus léger que le G7 il a tendance du coup à glisser sur le matelas un peu trop facilement.
Je regrette beaucoup l'arrêt de fabrication (?) du surmatelas G7 que j'ai acquis en 2016 dont je suis très très très satisfaite encore à ce jour et c'est pour ça d'ailleurs que je me suis adressée à vous pour ce 2ème surmatelas.
Le S5 n'a rien à voir avec le G7 (abstraction faite de mon choix de 2cm d'épaisseur en moins qui m'arrangeait), on pourrait même penser que vous avez fait comme pour les paquets de biscuits : même tarif (tout à fait abordable, ceci dit) mais moins de matière/autre fabrication ! Quel dommage !

Chère Madame,
Nous regrettons que notre surmatelas S5 ne vous convienne pas.
Le G7 coûtait plus cher mais avait les mêmes matériaux. La seule différence était la fine couche de gel que peu de monde appréciait.
Nous avons donc arrêté de le fabriquer.
Le S5 a un côté avec de la mémoire de forme et l’autre côté avec du viscogel.
Il est possible de le retourner en fonction des saisons.
Il procure du confort et de la souplesse aux personnes qui ont un matelas ferme.
Il est à un prix plus abordable et a toujours été apprécié par des milliers de clients.

Servicio al cliente impecable.
Entrega rápida aunque un día más tarde de lo avisado.
Una pena que el transportista no da hora de entrega. Uno esta bloqueado en casa durante todo el día. En mi caso, 2 días.
