Estou satisfeito com a compra. O colchão é agradável, as medições indicadas são corretas. É confortável e, pelo menos nos 2 primeiros meses de uso, o colchão não mostra qualquer deformação. Ou seja, o colchão deforma-se para permitir o apoio de todo o corpo mas quando sem peso retoma à posição inicial.

Il materasso è ottimo. Lo conoscevo già ed è un prodotto veramente buono.

Peccato che il servizio online non è soddisfacente. L'assistenza "post-acquisto" lascia parrecchio a desiderare. Ho dovuto inviare diverse mail per avere qualche vaga informazione sullo stato di spedizione, arrivo, ecc del materasso.

Notre maison d'hôtes est déjà équipée de 10 matelas S80 et c'est génial!
Nous poursuivons l'équipement literie avec ce produit polyvalent qui satisfait tout le monde.
Reste 7 matelas 80 x 200 et 6 matelas 90 x 200 S80 à acquérir.

Très déçu par la qualité de la livraison. Ma commande est arrivée dans un état pitoyable. Carton éventré, housse arrachée et sale, le cadeau qui m'avait été offert (tapis de souris ergonomique), complètement craqué. J'ai prévenu le service client SENSO avec photos à l'appuie mais... Aucun retour depuis. Achat très décevant pour une enseigne qui se veut être en pignon de rue.

Colchão fantástico, processo de encomenda e pagamento super rápido e fácil.
Entrega (com a SEUR) desastrosa. Aliás a encomenda, passada uma semana sobre o primeiro aviso, teve de ser recolhida no depósito da transportadora. Os únicos contatos feitos para agendamento da entrega foram por e-mail, nunca por telemóvel. E todos eles apenas continham a data mas nunca a hora, o que não é de todo aceitável. Embora refiram várias tentativas de entrega, tal não corresponde à verdade.
E Serviço de entrega deplorável e do qual foi feita a devida reclamação no livro de reclamaçôes da SEUR.
Futuras compras com a Senso G, só com outra transportadora.
Com entregas com a SEUR não volto a fazer encomendadas.
