J'ai acheté 2 toros en figurine plastique de très mauvaise qualité je suis déçue de ces produits pour le prix. l'envoi à été très long et le service client a été efficace par contre.

Le camion ressemble bien à celui pour les taureaux de camargue (un char) . Il n'est pas très solide car les parties en bois sont collées et se sont décolées rapidement. Donc, plusieurs systèmes de vis ont dû être bricolés. L'enfant de 3 ans lui est ravi mais vu le prix avec la livraison je mettrais une note plutôt médiocre à qualité/prix .

Sentimos de verdad su situación y entendemos su frustación. Como sabe hemos procedido al reembolso de su pedido ya que el transportista no nos da ninguna información fiable acerca de donde se encuentra la fotografía, que se ha enviado hace ya varias semanas. Lo lamentamos de verás. Hemos puesto nosotros de igual forma una queja a la agencia de transporte.

Muy mala experiencia. Compré la fotografía el 25 de septiembre. Me avisaron que el fotógrafo no la tenía disponible y que iba a tardar. Me cobraron 45 euros por envío por FEDEX garantizando 3 días de entrega.
Hoy 18 de octubre, no la he recibido y en TOROSHOPPING no localizan la fotografía, no saben cuando la voy a recibir, no me quieren reembolsar mi dinero, ni me quieren mandar otra fotografía.
Pagué 111 euros y no tengo nada.
