I was having a hard time finding a product that had the three main probiotics I was looking for so I'm happy with it for that reason. Plus it has a lot of others. Doesn't upset my stomach.

Honestly I had slightly higher hopes for this. I'm not gonna lie and say that these are better than those gummy multivitamins you can get at Costco. I took them for a few weeks day and night and did not see that significant of a difference in my skin or hair. The taste is better than some other collagen products I've tried, but topical collagen products have given me better results personally.

I took two of these as instructed on the back of the box and to be fair they did knock me out within twenty minutes however I slept for twelve hours straight right through my alarm and woke up shaky, lightheaded, and with some serious brain fog. Shakes went away after eating but I still felt tired even after an energy drink and fell back asleep for another three hours after just four hours awake. I've taken plenty of different melatonin supplements before and never had any problems like this, I don't know if I was especially sensitive to one of the ingredients or what but I did not enjoy.

I take one of these capsules daily (or try to) and have noticed a huge difference in my energy levels. I wasn't initially taking it for energy, but it's been a nice surprise. I've read that that high doses of b12 and folic acid are good for dementia prevention so this was my driver to take b12. I started off by taking a well known synthetic brand, but then decided to switch to a natural b12 to help my body better absorb. The pills are small and they don't taste bad making it super easy to take. This is my second time ordering this brand. As long as they don't raise the price, I'll stick with them.
