These magnesium gummies works great. They taste good, don't leave an aftertaste, and are not too sweet. The price is reasonable with the coupon available at the time of this review, and the value for the money is good. No complaints this far after use and seems to be working as expected. If you are looking for an alternative way to take magnesium with added ashwagandha, then these gummies form may be the one for you.

This test to determine if there is blood in your stool works just as well as the tests I have used previously while working in the emergency room. They are easy to use and generally quite accurate so long as you have not eaten red dye or beets in the past few days, per the instructions from my old boss. The methodology appears to be the same with this test. I was able to use a lancet to add blood to my sample and it was detected. I would expect that a real sample with blood would provide the same results.

They work as well as the 2 x 2.5 mg gummies I was taking, have no taste (which is fine) and cost less. It's good that one bottle holds only 60 capsules, because the packaging is cheap. The cap snaps on to the bottle, but not tightly. A screw cap would have made for a better seal. Next order will be for something better packaged.
