I have tried two brands of the gummy form of magnesium supplements, and I've also tried a liquid form. Of the three, the most effective for me has been the liquid form that incorporates *three* different forms of magnesium. Of the two gummy styles I tried, one had two forms of magnesium and this one, which is just a single form of magnesium. I found the gummy that had two forms of magnesium to be more effective for helping me sleep when compared to this gummy which has just a single form of magnesium. Since the one with two forms of magnesium was just 410mg (versus this one with 500mg), I was a bit surprised. So, of the three magnesium supplements I have tried, this one sadly came into last place. It had very little effect on helping me relax before sleeping. I'll stick with magnesium supplements that boast at least two different forms. As far as flavor, though, this tastes great!

This really frustrates me!Hubby and i take bout 350 to 400 mgs a day ( btw 500 would be too much)So at 50 mgs of actual magThat's 7 or 8 gummies..Flavour and texture ok but jar gone in no time..??
