These test strips are good indicators but mean nothing without the knowledge of how hormones work and when and what that means as to what you're trying to accomplish. These levels are something cam vary among women and it is necessary to build a data history before letting the results be set in stone. If I have learned anything in my history of conception and health is that things can change abruptly and it's important to not allow the data to be your indication of hope or not. Still, these strips can be a great help if you know what you're looking for and they're easy to use.

I've been using these for about 3 months. Taste is good. I have noticed a difference in my hair, thickness and length. I've also noticed that my nails are stronger and less brittle. Would definitely recommend.

I don't have a picture because this is my first review and I didn't know it was here. I do now and I will be doing a review on all. I take biotin from baratric surgery and when I got it the label looked melted and had a oilish wet look on label. No seal and when open bottle softgels were discolored more than normal and the smell inside was different. It was like a oil/ gas /vitamin smell. Trust me I take a lot of vitamins and they stink sometimes but not like that. Sorry I don't have picture they went in the trash right away. Did not even think of writing a review or contacting Walmart.

These are excellent. I never took probiotics before taking these and they're the only ones I will ever use. They taste great-- you almost want to eat more than the serving size-- and they really work to restore your gut health. I've used these gummies for about a year and half now. I haven't been good about replacing them when I'm out but when I'm taking them I NOTICE a difference. You need to be patient and give the gummies 2-3 weeks to help restore your gut health.
