. mel has been such a relief for feeling old.I take 10mg to get to bed,but if I'm feeling toxic during the day,I take 20mg or more of mel with 200mg caffeine.. I often add caffeine because it interferes withthe rate at which your body metabolize melatonin,so the mel becomes more potent.I get pure caffeine from amazon (B01IA8YFAE).. adding the caffeine can actually help you get to sleep,but you wake up sooner, so I mainly use it for napping.. I trust Now Foods, and they have reasonable prices too.

These have a nice mango flavor and are great for digestion. Also be sure to take K2 (mk-7) with magnesium citrate or glycinate at night. Its super important because most are lacking these important supplements and they work well with the probiotics. xo
