Was skeptical but within a couple of weeks my hair was soft and shiny. My nails seem to grow more quickly, or maybe they appear to just because they dont break or split as often. I have reordered and will continue to keep stocked. One of the only supplements I have ever been impressed with.

When it says take 30 minutes before bed? I gave it to my 8 year old at 930pm, she was OUT by 10pm (maybe 10:01 or 10:03) ?.my 10 year old, it helps ease her to bed but doesn't necessarily knock her out, just relaxes her enough to lie down and rest?.obviously won't be using this on the regular just need a little head start on the sleeping schedule again
