my hair %26 nails were fine before Chemo which destroyed them. But i had hoped that biotin and keratin supplements would help. NOPE! The next thing i plan to try is 5% Minoxidil. But it too has a huge drawback....stop using it and the hair will start to fall out again. And im too poor for transplants. If the Minoxidil fails, then itll be wigs. those too have a problem...steaming hot in the summer.
