I've been taking melatonin made by Solray for a few years. Lately, it has not been working and I was waking up several times a night. I decided to try melatonin made by NOW. It has been a game changer. If I wake up during the night, it's only once! I would definitely give this brand a try. It has helped me sleep so much better!

Hate the change in taste and texture I honestly thought I'd gotten a bad batch, but apparently this was intentional. I'll just get cheap melatonin tablets from the store as the formula itself doesn't work any better than anything else. The original taste and texture were the only reason I bought them. Really wish they'd put something on the label. Won't be getting these again.

This magnesium supplement is enriched with kava kava, which makes it even better for relaxation and stress relief. I've been sleeping better and feeling more balanced since I started taking it. What makes this even more amazing is the affordability. The two-bottle set is such a great deal for 115 capsules per bottle. It's vegan, all-natural, and gentle on my stomach.
