I take magnesium for migraine headaches. My neurologist told me I could increase the dosage, so I tried these (I hate taking pills). They have a great taste. My joint pain has decreased and according to my sleep tracker, I am getting much better sleep. I've noticed about 10 minutes after taking these, I can feel myself getting sleepy! I definitely recommend them!

These SBO probiotics seem to be working well in maintaining my husband's Crohn's disease remission. I believe the specific strains of soil-based organisms used are the best out there. We haven't noticed any adverse effects.
