La carne estaba muy jugosa y con un gran sabor... y eso que era la primera vez que hacíamos la receta y no salió perfecta (!) La verdad es que no somos expertos cocineros y no controlamos muy bien las cantidades así que no teníamos muy claro cuanta comida tendríamos. Al final nos han salido 4 raciones por cada 600 gramos. Quizás los paquetes son poco grandes para la familia tipo y deberíais pensar en hacerlos más pequeños aunque tampoco es que sea muy grave. Nosotros hemos congelado en el mismo envase que han venido así que tenemos comida para varias celebraciones. De resto, como siempre el jamón y los quesos buenísimos y el servicio impecable.

Jambon arrivé très bien emballé, la grande classe!\nDégustation parfaite! Juteux , beaucoup de saveurs...on est loin du Bellota mais franchement il n'a pas à rougir; rapport qualité prix c'est mieux qu'une épaule Bellota.\nExcellent Serrano GR.\nPar contre très déçu par la livraison: le port est excessif (***e) et le livreur pas professionnel du tout ( il a sonné 5 fois d'affilée, laissé le paquet contre le mur et partait.... Heureusement que j'étais là!)\nA ***e le port j'exige des livreurs un minimum intelligents....
