Dedique tiempo a escribir que tipo de jamón me gustaría, tierno y sin mucha grasa, Sin embargo me llego un jamón con muchísima grasa y bastante seco. Además, vino golpeada la caja y la parte de la babilla aplastada.

Ya he subido fotos en la otra encuesta.

Bueno no iba a comentar ya que al fin y al cabo son cosas que pueden pasar. Sin embargo, al recibir por 2ª vez el correo de comentar el jamón pues lo hago. Pedí un jamón de forma clara que no tuviese excesiva grasa y que no estuviera demasiado curado, especifique que prefería que estuviese mas tierno que duro. Lo he abierto hace unos días y tiene varios dedos de grasa como se puede ver en la foto y eso que le he quitado mas de 1 dedo de grasa y por el lado interno, lo tengo que cortar con un cuchillo corto por lo duro que esta. De sabor esta bueno, pero lógicamente si pedí sin grasa y tierno y me llega con mucha grasa y duro, pues no tengo una gran opinión. Esta de mas decir que vino golpeado y ojalá que al abrirlo por el lado de la babilla no me lleve la gran sorpresa de que este golpeada la carne y en mal estado. Bueno todos cometemos errores.

Envío muy rápido y el jamón espectacular. Compré un jamón de 8.5 a 9 kg, y el que me llegó pesaba prácticamente 9 kg. El sabor es suave al masticar y te deja el regustillo al tragar. Muy bueno.

Ha llegado bien bien empaquetado en su caja y de sabor está muy bueno.
Hemos cogido el que es de nivel de grasa medio y textura más curado pero si te gusta que tenga más beta blanca cogeríamos con un nivel de grasa mayor.
