He comprado éste jamón porque hasta hace no mucho era el tipo de jamón que siempre he comido, el de cerdo blanco, eso si, he ido a por el de mayor calidad y no me está defraudando. Las primeras lonchas, como en todos los jamones y más si lo haces por la babilla, no levanta pasiones, pero a medida que avanzas el jamón no defrauda. Ahora le he dado la vuelta y voy a atacar la maza que además es una buena maza. En definitiva, compra recomendada
