El ramo alegría es precioso, le hizo mucha ilusión a mi mamá.
El trato ha sido INMEJORABLE. Primero, llamé por teléfono ya que tenía muchas dudas, creo recordar que me atendió "Antonio", me dedicó todo el tiempo que necesitaba: respondió mis dudas, me aconsejo y me dijo que podía volver a llamar si lo necesitaba en cualquier momento, fue MUY AMABLE.
También, se han comunicado conmigo mediante email en numerosas ocasiones para informarme de todo el proceso (por ejemplo, te mandan una foto cuando han hecho el ramo, te avisan cuando ha llegado al destinatario....)
Las flores llegaron perfectamente embaladas así que el ramo se mantuvo intacto (también con un recipiente para el agua).
¡¡MUCHAS GRACIAS TELEROSA!! Y FELICIDADES POR VUESTRO TRABAJO.

Hola Jonathan, como sabe hizo el pedido a las 13 horas para entregar ese mismo día en una localidad de Tarragona. Desde atención al cliente le informamos que en esa localidad concreta no nos quedaba color amarillo y le ofrecimos entregar al día siguiente en amarillo o entregar el mismo día en rojo, rosa o blanco que eran los colores disponibles. Usted opto por el color rosa y se entregó esa misma tarde.

Por este motivo insistimos y además tiene mejor precio si hace el pedido con al menos un día de antelación, la flor es un producto muy perecedero y España tiene mas de 8.000 poblaciones, disponer todos los días, de todas las flores y colores en todas las floristerías, es imposible.

Gracias x darme contestacion a mi queja, xo sigo pensando q un ramo de rosas JAMAS se debe entregar en una caja de carton. En si, la sorpresa no es recibir una ramo de rosas, si no la entrega, recibir de una persona ajena un ramo. Recojer una caja de carton, en mi parecer no es nada ilusionante. Me comentasteis en la queja q habria q pagar mas, xa q fuese una entrega en mano, no vi esa opcion. Aun asi, no creo q cueste sacar ese ramo de la caja y entregarla en mano.

Hola Ferran, lamentamos oír que tu experiencia no ha sido la esperada. Queremos comentarte que disponemos de otro servicio donde la entrega la realiza un florista en mano, es más caro y las opciones de regalos disponibles mas reducida, pero es posible, si tu lo prefieres así, solo tienes que realizar el pedido para entregar ese mismo día y si deseas hacerlo con antelación en el pedido fija la fecha de entrega del día en curso y en observaciones, ponga, deseo la entrega con florista local para el día tal y sin problema recibirán el ramo de mano del florista local.

Dicho esto, también nos gustaría comentarte, que nuestro sistema de envío está muy estudiado para que las flores lleguen en perfectas condiciones al pueblecito más pequeño que imagines, la caja de cartón tiene la medida justa para que el ramo quede fijado y no se estropee con el movimiento o caída durante el transporte. Igualmente, la “cazuelita de plástico” de la que hablas es un sofisticado sistema que solidifica el agua que el ramo necesita para hidratarse durante todo el tiempo de transporte para evitar que se derrame si la caja se vuelca en algún momento y aunque parezca que no tiene agua, los grumitos absorbentes tienen suficiente agua para hidratar el ramo incluso varios días.
Deseamos haber sabido responderle y si lo considera oportuno nos gustaría que reconsidere su valoración.
