La verdad súper mal cer servicio ya q me cobraron 12 euros por qué pedí q llegaran antes de las 9 ya q a esa hora empieza a trabajar y quería q tuviera una linda sorpresa antes de empezar su largo día de trabajo y resultó q el paquete llegó después de las 12 del día y ni siquiera me dijeron nada por el atraso además de que cobran servicios que no van a poder realizar en tiempo no lo cobren

Teniendo en cuenta que se trata de una localidad a 32 km de la oficina de reparto de MRW, consideramos que se ha cumplido con lo establecido. Nos gustaría señalar que las flores llevan una etiqueta bastante visible informando que, si se aprecia algún desperfecto, se debe informar al propio repartidor y hacer varias fotos de todo lo recibido en ese momento, enviándolas al correo electrónico proporcionado a tal efecto.

Su ramo de flores fue entregado el pasado día 2 de agosto y días después aún no hemos recibido el correo con las fotos de su ramo, siendo esta la primera noticia que tenemos de su descontento.
