Acudí a este Servicio tras haber comprado anteriormente. Para desilusión mia y tras pagar bastante para que llegarán antes de las 10 a.m, no fue así y no llegaron a la hora y cuando me puse en contacto con ellos no me dieron ninguna solución, su respuesta es que tenían hasta las 10:54, repito, pagué 12€ para que llegarán antes de las 10 ...como hagan esto con todos los tramos...
En definitiva, poco profesionales, sigo a la espera de una respuesta/solución desde hace dos días que les escribí.

Estimado Marcos,

Lamentamos que su segunda experiencia no haya sido satisfactoria. Nos gustaría aclarar algunos puntos importantes respecto a su pedido.

El destino de entrega era, como usted bien sabe, en una aldea a 67 km de nuestra oficina de reparto. Tal como se indica claramente en nuestra página web, la hora límite para los servicios especiales se entiende para entregas a menos de 15 km de la oficina de reparto, y este margen se aumenta en función de la distancia. En su caso, su servicio urgente 10 se entregó a las 10:37 h, lo cual está dentro de los márgenes estipulados para la distancia en cuestión.

Respecto a la entrega, lamentamos que no se encontrara nadie en el domicilio. Como política de nuestra empresa, en estos casos, intentamos siempre contactar y/o entregar el pedido a un vecino para asegurar que las flores no se queden sin entregar y se mantengan en las mejores condiciones posibles.

En cuanto a la atención telefónica, le pedimos que enviara un correo a nuestro servicio de incidencias para poder darle una explicación detallada y buscar una solución adecuada. Lamentamos si sintió que no se le ofreció una solución inmediata, pero necesitamos algún tiempo para conocer las circunstancias ocurridas en cada caso concreto antes de poder dar una respuesta.

Nos disculpamos sinceramente por cualquier inconveniente que haya experimentado y agradecemos su comprensión. Estamos comprometidos a mejorar nuestros servicios y valoramos sus comentarios para poder hacerlo.
