Hola Cristina,

Lamentamos la confusión con respecto al color del ramo que ordenó. Entendemos que la foto que mostramos puede haber sugerido que el ramo era de color rosa, sin embargo, ofrecemos la opción de elegir el color deseado de las rosas y, por defecto, seleccionamos el color rojo. Es posible que no haya notado esta opción y se haya dejado la selección predeterminada de rosas rojas, que es lo que nuestro florista preparó pensando que era su preferencia.

Lamentamos la falta de claridad en la selección de colores y tomaremos medidas para mejorar nuestro proceso y evitar errores similares en el futuro.

La verdad es que no estoy nada contenta con el resultado, el estado de los girasoles era pesimo y ademas añadieron un lazo verde muy feo a la cesta.

Lamentamos mucho que haya quedado insatisfecha con el capazo de girasoles que le enviamos. Adjuntamos un enlace a la foto del arreglo en el momento de prepararlo.

En cuanto a los girasoles, como puede apreciar en la foto, algunos de ellos aún están cerrados y otros apenas se están abriendo. Los enviamos de esta manera para que pueda disfrutar de ellos por más tiempo. Con abundante agua y luz solar, verá cómo se abren y se vuelven aún más hermosos en las próximas horas.

Respecto al lazo verde, entendemos que los gustos pueden variar y lamentamos que no haya sido de su agrado. Tomaremos en cuenta su comentario para futuros arreglos y nos esforzaremos por mejorar nuestra decoración.

El ramo de Rosas Azules estaba perfecto, ya es la segunda vez que lo mando porque sé que voy a quedar muy bien, y este fue el resultado que le gustó muchísimo. Quizás me hubiera gustado poder poner algún jarrón ó algo similar. Gracias.
