Je suis satisfait de ma commande bien que le service de livraison soit nul: j'ai du monter moi même mon matelas + sommiers dans mon appartement, le livreur refusant de le faire. Ce dernier a été particulièrement désagréable en tout points: il se plaignait de devoir m'attendre pour décharger les colis alors que j'étais simplement remonté 2 minutes dans mon appartement pour chercher une planche à roulette. J'ai du faire mon affaire de tous les emballages très volumineux... Produit de qualité mais service pas à la hauteur pour le prix.

Buenas tardes,
gracias por su comentario. El colchón S80 efectivamente es medio-suave. Están seguros de utilizar el colchón en el sentido correcto? El lado que no es de viscoelastica efectivamente es bastante duro.
Intenten dar la vuelta a la funda y utilizar el lado liso para recibir mas suavidad. Estamos a vuestra disposición para cualquier duda.

J'avais commandé par erreur un G5 en 140x180, que j'ai cependant gardé, et je l'ai recommandé en 140x200.

J'ai été un peu déçue, car l'enveloppe n'était pas du même tissu que celle du précédent, qui était plus épaisse, plus douce, et moins glissante. (les draps housse ont tendance à glisser).

Toutefois le confort de ces sur matelas est très agréable. Je les recommande autour de moi :-)
