Pas d avis sur le service client Senso, d'où la note neutre, mais le service de livraison Calberson Geodis est absolument terrible... Pas de sms pour prévenir, livreur se garant sans raison à 100m, menaçant au tel de repartir lorsque je ne le vois pas en descendant, me pousse à aller vite pour l'aider à amener le matelas et sommier de 50kgs dans l'immeuble malgré ma mauvaise condition physique (j'en ai fait un malaise cardiaque), refuse de m'aider à monter le sommier dans les escaliers 3étages sauf si je le paye en plus quand on réalise qu'il ne rentre pas dans l'ascenceur.
Changez de livreurs! :)
