El S40 Viscogel me resultaba algo duro y terminé cambiándolo por el Cool Smart. Mucho mejor este último salvo por la tremendamente resbaladiza funda del colchón. ¡Ojo si te sientas en el borde! Puedes resbalar con facilidad y esto hay que tenerlo en cuenta si lo va a usar una persona mayor o que esté poco ágil por lo que sea. He intentado arreglarlo con una funda adicional que tenía nueva, pero no consigo evitar el resbalamiento. A ver si inventan alguna solución en Senso G porque da cosa arrimarse al borde de la cama...
El resto de características bien. Como esperaba

Pesimo servicio de entrega "a pie de calle", en el que tienes que llevar tu mismo el colchón que te dejan a tomar por saco de tu domicilio. Atención al cliente nula.

En primer lugar, queremos agradecerte por compartir tu experiencia con nosotros. Lamentamos mucho los inconvenientes que hayas experimentado durante la entrega de tu pedido. Nuestro objetivo siempre es brindar un servicio de alta calidad y estamos comprometidos en tomar medidas para mejorar en aquellos aspectos que nos señales.

Hemos investigado a fondo el incidente en cuestión con la empresa de transportes, y según la información proporcionada por la conductora y destino, se presentaron circunstancias inesperadas que dificultaron el estacionamiento del camión para la descarga en la ubicación inicialmente acordada, el camión de la basura estaba estacionado inicialmente. Lamentablemente, esto generó molestias y te pedimos disculpas por las inconveniencias que esto te causó.

En relación a la descarga del colchón y los somieres, nuestra conductora informa que, dado el imprevisto con el estacionamiento, de manera amable y por iniciativa propia, le ayudaron con la descarga de una caja.

Sin embargo, entendemos completamente tu punto de vista y reconocemos que podríamos haber sido más proactivos en nuestra asistencia durante todo el proceso de entrega.
