Ya es el tercer colchón que compramos y estamos contentos con SensoG. El envío ha sido rápido y a pesar de un pequeño problema en la dirección de entrega, fue rápidamente resuelto por los técnicos de SensoG.
Lo recomiendo.

4,5/5 Un poil dur à mon gout mais confortable, la sensation de frais se fait bien sentir, remplit son rôle. A comparer avec d'autres modèles qui serons dans une futur commande.
Gros soucis avec le transporteur (DPD) mais traité avec service client à l'écoute qui nous propose pour la futur commande un autre prestataire.

Le matelas est de qualité mais le seul inconvénient il est très petit par rapport à la taille d'un adulte. J'ai fait la réclamation le jour de la livraison mais jusqu'à aujourd'hui je n'arrive pas la confirmation de la date de l'échange.
J'ai envoyé un mail, j'ai téléphoné plusieurs fois et on doit me rappeler donc j'attends toujours.
Si ça continue comme cela je ne ferais plus une commande chez vous.

Il n'y a aucun arrangement possible pour l'heure de livraison, il faut être chez soi. J'avais fait valider ce point avant de commander. Si j'avais su que ce ne serait pas respecté, je n'aurais pas commandé sur ce site et d'ailleurs je ne le referai pas.

Nous regrettons sincèrement les problèmes de livraison. Les intructions que nous avons données au transporteur n'ont pas été respectées. Le mois d'août est difficile à ce niveau là
Nous avons de notre côté présenté une réclamation auprès du transporteur.

Tenía una almohada como esta en otro tamaño desde hace años y me he comprado otra para la cama de mi nueva casa, aprovechando que cambiaba el colchón. Hasta ahora había probado almohadas viscoelásticas de otras marcas más conocidas, pero no me acababan de resultar cómodas. Esta, en cambio, tiene a altura y la dureza perfecta para mí. Creo que podría ser una almohada perfecta para cualquiera.

Me animé a comprar un colchón de esta compañía después de haber estado muchos años con un modelo anterior (comprado hace ya más de 10 años), y sabiendo que el resultado sería bueno. Tenía mis dudas por comprarlo sin probarlo, pero al final lo hice guiado por las descrpciones de la web y, la verdad, no puedo estar más contento con la compra. Aunque el primer colchón de SensoG que tuve me gustó mucho, era un poco reticiente a volver a comprar sin probar antes. Lo que me hizo decidirme fue que llevaba un par de años con un colchón de otra marca que probé y compré en una tienda física que cuando recibí en casa resultó ser mucho mas duro que el que había probado en tienda. Patéate tantas tiendas para que al final el colchón que pruebas y el que compras no te resulten igual de cómodos. Aguanté meses de noches incómodas y levantarme con dolores hasta que decidí "arriesgarme" a comprar otro SensoG, y ha sido un auténtico acierto. Como curiosidad diré que estos días he tenido invitados en casa a los que ofrecí la cama (que se quedaba libre) y acabaron preguntando por los detalles del colchón de lo que les había gustado.
